Initial Evaluation

A 1 hour comprehensive first appointment addressing not only your primary concern, but also all other body ailments that may be a contributing factor. Using education, clinical experience, and evidence-based research to get to the root of your problem.

Follow-Up Treatment

This is where you'll be seeing us the majority of the time. Follow-up 1 hour treatments are really where you're going to start seeing a big difference. Between the manual therapy interventions and the exercise interventions, you will be wondering why you didn't start sooner! We focus on manual therapy as well as the use of Trigger Point Dry Needling as indicated.

Home Exercise Program

A full personalized goal-based program with pictures, videos, and descriptions so that you don't miss a beat between your sessions.

Communication with your Provider

Just like taking your car to the mechanic, sometimes it doesn't make the "noise" when the professional is finally looking at it. You'll have the option to contact your therapist to let them know what's going on in real time.

Telehealth Appointments (as needed)

Sometimes virtual appointments are necessary (and/or preferred), especially when you're out of town. This is a great way to stay on your goals while away!

Infrared Sauna

Hop in our Infrared Sauna to optimize recovery! The use of this helps aid in detoxification, pain relief, improved circulation, skin health, weight loss, better sleep, immune system support, pain management and improved athletic performance!
